I accept PayPal, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check or Money Orders for payment. I will ship your Melody in Motion purchase within 48 hours once payment has been received. Shipping will be delayed 3 days should you decide to mail a personal check to allow time for the check to clear the bank.

Under no circumstance will a Melody In Motion item be shipped prior to receiving payment.

Please contact me for any returns. I will try my best to accommodate those situations where the item shipped was not as described or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Shipping charges are shown per item for repairs as well as new sales for both the lower 48 states in USA and for International shipping. This includes all packing materials, shipping/handling, and insurance for the cost of the item.

I take extra special care to package each item using Styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, and packing bubbles. These materials and the way I package them provide maximum protection to these fragile items. I want you to be happy when your package arrives so you can begin to enjoy your treasure straight out of the box.

I do offer international shipping. International shipments will require a customs form and is considerably more expensive than USA shipping.  I will not be responsible for the item once it leaves the USA.

Insurance is included for each item due to the fragile nature of these figurines. Insurance costs are included in the shipping fee noted above. I do not charge extra for the shipping materials or handling fees as I am only interested in covering the cost of shipment.
